What You’ll Do
- Deliver a consultative, engaging buying experience from the first hello through final delivery.
- Bring the BMW product lineup to life through confident demonstrations and exceptional product knowledge.
- Connect with clients who value performance, luxury, technology, and design.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored vehicle and ownership solutions.
- Consistently follow up with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Achieve individual performance goals while contributing to a strong, collaborative team culture.
- Represent the BMW brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Stay current on BMW products, technology, features, incentives, and the competitive automotive landscape.
- You’re more than a salesperson — you’re a relationship builder, communicator, and brand ambassador.
You:
- Have at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Are confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with a diverse range of clients.

- Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is valuable, but mindset, energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence matter most.

Salary Range: $78,365- $$158,360
