Join the member service team at our upscale sauna studio! Schedule Options Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm–9:30 pm Saturday: 8:30 am–1:30 pm Saturday: 1:30 pm–7:30 pm Requirements Genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service Consistently fantastic team‑player attitude Verifiable history of excellent attendance Evening and weekend availability Responsibilities Sell memberships with confidence in a commission‑based environment Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio membership Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome Administer studio tours for new guests Answer questions about services and the facility Maintain a clean facility, including turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area Competitive pay with successful training completion plus commission.
