Quality Technician

Responsibilities Manage QMS documentation: Draft, review, update, and control the Quality Management System documentation (e.g., Quality Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, and policies). Coordinate external audits: Act as the primary focal point and guide for external certification bodies and customers during ISO 9001 audits. Execute internal audits: Plan, conduct, and document internal audits across all critical processes and departments. Manage non‑conformities from audits. Establish continuous contact with support areas (Sales, Engineering, PPC, Purchasing) to ensure their processes are harmonized with the QMS and meet ISO 9001 standards. Manage supplier quality communications and ensure credits for non‑conforming materials. Required Qualifications Minimum of a two-year associate's degree preferably within Quality or Manufacturing. Understanding of ISO 9001 standards. Ability to audit and provide written and verbal communication of findings. Experience in mechanical measurements. Desired Qualifications Proficient using Microsoft 365. Advanced measurement systems experience, CMM, laser inspections. Benefits 401(k) with company match. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
