Background
Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) supports the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the other CIO department Heads and their staff in planning and executing sound Information Technology (IT) investments for the agency and providing management support.




Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) is a critical component of the Social Security Administration (SSA), dedicated to advancing the agency's commitment to secure and accessible digital services. DCS is responsible for developing and maintaining innovative technology solutions that serve both public and agency customers, safeguard digital identity, and enhance communication with beneficiaries. Scope of Work -
The scope and objective of this task order is to provide timely analytical, development, testing and technical support for Digital Customer Solution divisions. This support includes analytical, business planning, technically dynamic/challenging, time critical, development/maintenance, requirements engineering support and troubleshooting activities.




Contractor will provide necessary personnel, to support ongoing activities related to UX support, as prioritized by SSA client and CGI. Contractor personnel must have a thorough knowledge of SSA's Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Project Resource Guide (PRIDE), Electronic General Auditable Documents Store (EGADS), Enterprise Clarity and Investment Management Tool (IMT), and standard project artifacts and Quality Assurance (QA) reviews, proficient in software technology and User Experience Framework (UEF).

Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.
Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.
Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.
Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.
Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree
8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer
Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform
Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly
Experience with the US Federal Government
8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR
5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.
5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)
5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)
5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.

Baseline / preferred:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - listed as baseline
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - listed as baseline
