Forklift Operator – 3rd Shift
Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Starting Pay between $20 - $23/hour

L&M Corrugated is looking for an experienced, safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our 3rd Shift team. In this role, you'll be a critical part of our operation, ensuring materials and finished products move safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Load and unload trailers efficiently and accurately
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Transport finished goods to designated storage locations
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain accurate inventory movements and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse and production support as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to safely operate equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills are a plus
