Industrial Machine Shop ManagerWe are seeking a 1st shift hands-on Industrial Machine Shop Manager in Mentor, OH to lead our machine shop operations and support the manufacturing of our industry-leading industrial brush products! Job Requirements:Lead and develop a team of 3+ machine shop employeesDesign, build, and maintain jigs, fixtures, tooling, and production machineryTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsSupport manufacturing operations through process improvements and equipment maintenanceManage machine shop priorities to meet production and quality goals$75,000 - $80,000 Salary Monday-Friday | Start Time: 7:20 AM Benefits: Medical and dental coverage effective on day one, Company-paid Life Insurance and AD&D coverage, 401k, paid holidays, and generous vacation program.
