About the Team The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As the Store Manager, you will coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Build a network and inspire the recruitment of top talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and resolve performance issues and policy violations. Utilize brilliance across talent, brand, operations, and fan experience, guaranteeing timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent development. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Results‑oriented leader with 3‑5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a sense of care. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all organizational levels. Sharp business acumen combined with analytical thinking that delivers positive results. Expertise in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams, including succession planning and internal mobility. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point‑of‑sale systems. Minimum age 18 years or older and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive timely. Benefits We Dare!
