Floor Manager

Looking for a Floor Manager/AGM with 2 years of experience. The Floor Manager delegates assignments, fills in for absent employees, and ensures customers have a pleasant experience. The main daily task is to control the floor, train and assure that servers and bartenders are adhering to our strict steps of service. Job Duties: Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations Ensure compliance of brand standards Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Assist team in the direction and supervision of food servers, bus‑persons, and other staff in reference to schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety. Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food, Liquor Costs and Payroll Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue Carry out annual and mid‑year appraisals with Managers under your responsibility Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post‑meeting minutes generated Be environmentally aware Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Fill out Fire Safety Log Benefits: Clear path to advancement opportunities.
