The CSR-Router-3PL plays a crucial role in managing customer support and coordinating logistics with third-party providers within a small team. This position involves handling order processing, inventory tracking, and ensuring smooth communication to deliver efficient service and accurate reporting.
Schedule: 8AM-5PM Monday -Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Process orders accurately and timely
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to facilitate shipments
- Perform data entry and maintain inventory records
- Manage communications between customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Generate and maintain reports related to logistics and customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or logistics
