General Purpose and Summary of Job The Operations Support Manager provides day-to-day operational support for the 550 Schrock Road location. This role partners with Service Managers and Service Coordinators to improve scheduling, follow-up, reporting, office workflows, inventory, facilities, tools and equipment, purchasing, and fleet administration. The position promotes consistent processes, timely communication, accurate information, and efficient service delivery across the Columbus region. Must be able to work both alone and with others across the organization, as well as outside the organization using telephones and computers. Requires constant verbal communication that can be either face to face or through telephone/computer. Noise levels for this position are moderate, this position is located in an office environment with occasional trips to the shop necessary.
