Employee Relations Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Employee Relations Consultant will support and guide management on employee relations issues, including conducting investigations, providing coaching, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Key responsibilities Partner with management on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions Provide coaching and conflict resolution support to management and employees Track trends and make recommendations for HR improvements while serving as a subject matter expert on employment laws Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience Five or more years of relevant work experience HR Generalist experience in a service-related industry preferred PHR or SPHR certification strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office with excellent interpersonal skills
