RN - PCU

PCU Nurse Position

We are seeking an experienced PCU Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role requires a dedicated professional who can deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be flexible with locations, shifts, and departments to ensure a swift placement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Schedule

This is a 36-hour per week position with guaranteed 24 hours. The shift is from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 24 months of recent PCU experience is required.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Candidate's driver's license is required to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
