Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the regional go-to-market execution for AI initiatives, ensuring positioning, enablement, and customer activation strategies are tailored to APJ enterprise audiences. You will translate complex AI capabilities into compelling business value, support commercial teams, and strengthen market presence through data-driven insights and strategic storytelling.

• Lead the regional activation of AI product narratives across APJ markets, adapting global messaging to local buyer behaviors, market maturity, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop localized AI positioning materials, sales guides, use-case content, and messaging frameworks aligned with regional customer priorities.
• Enable sales teams through training sessions, certifications, competitive resources, and deal-support materials focused on AI conversations.
• Build and maintain regional AI enablement content, including discovery resources, platform messaging, competitive briefs, and customer-facing materials.
• Support go-to-market initiatives related to AI platform capabilities, integrations, partner ecosystems, and workflow automation use cases.
• Create customer activation programs that help organizations progress from initial AI adoption toward broader business transformation.
• Partner with customer success teams to develop AI readiness frameworks, workshops, adoption resources, and customer success stories.
• Monitor AI market trends and competitor positioning across APJ, developing actionable intelligence for sales and leadership teams.
• Support thought leadership activities through events, webinars, analyst engagement, and regional marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing teams to improve pipeline influence and customer engagement.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with regional market knowledge, enterprise SaaS experience, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market strategy within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience supporting APJ markets and adapting global product narratives for regional audiences.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials and activating field teams across multiple markets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics, partner ecosystems, and customer adoption patterns across APJ.
• Working knowledge of AI and automation concepts, with the ability to engage confidently with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent messaging and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex technology into clear customer value propositions.
• Experience collaborating directly with sales, customer success, and product teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong competitive intelligence skills and the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
