What You’ll Do

1. Lead and motivate the team to deliver an amazing pizza and guest experience
2. Run smooth, high-energy shifts in a dynamic day-to-night environment
3. Work multiple stations: dough stretching, saucing, cheesing, cutting, register, and phones
4. Ensure every pizza meets Marco’s five-star standards
5. Coach and train new team members in our culture of accountability and excellence
6. Oversee cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout each shift
7. Learn key management skills: labor control, scheduling, and guest engagement in a lounge setting

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum age: 18 with dependable transportation
2. Restaurant, hospitality, or bar-service experience preferred (not required if you’ve got drive)
3. Leadership mindset — confident, calm, and people-focused
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Comfortable in both fast-paced kitchen and guest-facing environments
6. Available for night and weekend shifts
