Construction Sales Representative
If you know the construction materials industry and thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and hunting new business - this opportunity is for you! An established importer and distributor of cement and construction materials with over 25 years in business, is growing and looking for a driven Sales Representative to join the team.
Salary & Benefits:
- $65K - $85K base salary + commission
- Dental & vision coverage
- 401(k) with 5% match
- PTO + paid holidays
- Paid travel expenses

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Travel throughout Florida and the Eastern U.S. market
- Meet contractors, suppliers, distributors, and decision-makers face-to-face
- Network and build long-term partnerships
- Work with both large-scale companies and independent customers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in cement, aggregates, ready-mix, building materials, or construction industry sales
- Proven ability to develop business and close deals
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality - energetic, motivated, and hungry to grow
- Travel is required
