Barefoot Mosquito & Pest is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, professional Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This position is focused on helping residential and commercial customers solve pest problems through termite, exclusion and commercial pest-control solutions . 

This is an appointment-based sales position designed for someone who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, identifying problems, presenting solutions, and closing business. You don't need to be a pest-control expert on day one, we’ll provide the training and support you need to understand our services and become confident in the field. What You'll Do

• Run scheduled appointments with residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties and identify pest activity, entry points, conducive conditions, and potential areas of concern.
• Identify opportunities for exclusion, termite, and commercial pest-control services .
• Build professional relationships with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Present customized pest-control solutions based on the customer's needs.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Follow up with customers and manage your sales pipeline through our CRM.
• Close new business and generate recurring revenue.
• Develop commercial accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with our service and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information.
• Consistently meet activity, sales, and revenue goals.
• Represent Barefoot Mosquito & Pest professionally in the field.

• Comfortable inspecting properties and working both indoors and outdoors.
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and handling objections.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing an appointment-based schedule independently.
• Willing to learn the pest-control industry, including termite and exclusion services.
• Comfortable using a smartphone, CRM, email, and other sales technology.
• Able to maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as required.

Experience Pest-control sales experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to carry sales materials and equipment as needed.
