Area Customer Service Coordinator

This is a customer-facing, multi-site role supporting multiple office locations across Midtown and Downtown New York City. Responsible for providing reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and general office services in a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requires flexibility to travel between client sites during the workday and adjust to changing assignments and schedules.
• Delivers excellent customer service while ensuring smooth daily office operations and maintaining a professional workplace experience.
• Greet visitors, answer and forward incoming calls, and provide front desk support.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Perform print production tasks, including printing, assembling, binding, and finishing documents.
• Maintain printers by replenishing paper and toner and clearing paper jams.
• Schedule conference rooms using Outlook or other scheduling applications.
• Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events.
• Communicate with customers and team members via Outlook, Microsoft Teams, phone, and in person.
• Stock kitchen supplies and maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and common office areas.
• Provide hospitality support for meetings and office events.
• Assist with additional office services and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Travel between multiple client locations as needed to provide coverage and operational support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.
• Friendly, outgoing, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
• General computer skills and experience working in a professional office environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in mailroom operations, print production, reception, hospitality, or office services.
• Previous law firm or professional services environment experience.
• Experience supporting multiple office locations is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday.
• Shifts may vary between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM, depending on business needs.
• Must be available to work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM and adjust schedules or work locations on short notice.
• Overtime may be required.
