What Youll Do As the Executive Director of WEL-Life at Kalispell, you will provide leadership for daily operations of the community ensuring excellent resident care, financial performance and positive workplace culture. Your duties include, but are not limited to: Leading and supporting all departments Recruiting, coaching and developing employees Building rapport with residents and families Managing budgets, occupancy and financial operations Guiding marketing and community outreach Maintaining compliance of state and federal regulations Ensuring residents, families and employees feel valued What Were Looking For: Previous experience as an Administrator of an assisted living, healthcare or senior living community A leader who leads with humility, integrity and care Exceptional communication and relationship building skills Strong operational knowledge with the ability to balance excellent resident care and strong financial operations Passionate about developing stable teams and creating a positive workplace culture.
