Join our dynamic team as you lead a collaborative group consisting of three board-certified sleep specialists and four advanced practice providers. You will work in close partnership with the leadership of the Cardiovascular & Pulmonary Service Line, as well as the Sleep Medicine Program and Sleep Lab, to enhance clinical excellence and foster program growth.
Practice Highlights- Outpatient Focus: Engage in a fully outpatient sleep medicine practice, operating Monday through Friday.
- Minimal Call Duties: Light call responsibilities are limited to sleep medicine and lab coverage.
- Medical Director Role: Take an active part in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Established Facilities: Work in a well-equipped 8-bed sleep lab with a strong, collaborative team.
- Advanced Technology: Utilize cutting-edge tools, including Epic EMR and Inspire Therapy implants.
- Multidisciplinary Support: Benefit from robust support from various specialties, including pharmacy, respiratory therapy, thoracic surgery, ENT, pulmonary rehabilitation, cardiac physical therapy, and more, including the new ION platform.
- Leadership Experience: Previous leadership experience is highly preferred.
