Automotive Service Cashier
McGraw Ford – Aransas Pass, Texas

As the final point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering a world-class experience that keeps customers coming back.

Responsibilities- Greet service customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Review repair orders and explain invoices when needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule service appointments and assist with customer inquiries
- Balance daily cash, checks, credit card transactions, and deposits
- Maintain accurate records and paperwork
- Support Service Advisors and Management with administrative tasks
- Assist with customer transportation, loaner vehicles, and pick-up/delivery coordination as needed
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer lounge and cashier area
- Previous cashier, customer service, receptionist, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent required
