Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $70,000 Annually, occasional overtime may be required and is included as part of the compensation package

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Fulfillment Operations Specialist to ensure customer orders move smoothly.

You will be the person responsible for asking: “What is holding up this order, and what do I need to do to get it out?”

This is a fully operations-focused role for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and makes sure orders actually get out the door. The ideal candidate is a doer — someone who is positive, resourceful, quick on their feet, comfortable getting their hands dirty when needed, and willing to step outside of a traditional desk role to get things done. 

• Must be comfortable occasionally lifting approximately 20–30 pounds when operationally necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the fulfillment process from start to finish, ensuring orders move efficiently through every stage and are completed on time.
• Identify potential delays or issues and take immediate action to resolve them, following up until the issue is fully addressed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure everyone has the information, products, and resources needed to fulfill orders accurately and on schedule. Coordinate pickups, local deliveries, UPS/FedEx shipments, and other outbound fulfillment needs.
• Prioritize urgent, overdue, and time-sensitive orders and communicate priorities across the organization.
• Monitor inventory and product availability to help prevent fulfillment delays.
• Monitor fulfillment performance, including turnaround times, late orders, accuracy, backlog, and recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall fulfillment operations.

• Experience in any professional field is welcome; previous experience in fulfillment, operations, logistics, warehouse management, customer service, sales, manufacturing, retail, supervisory or a related field is a plus, but not required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable and punctual.

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000 USD annual salary
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; weekends off. Occasional overtime may be required and is included as part of the salary

• Street and nearby parking are available, although there is no dedicated company parking.
• We strongly prefer candidates located in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Candidates in Queens may also be considered, particularly those with reliable transportation and a willingness to drive when needed.
