**Key Responsibilities**

- Maintain and update inventory records and operational databases accurately

- Support warehouse documentation, administrative processes, and digital record-keeping

- Monitor shipment information, update tracking records, and flag discrepancies

- Assist with inventory reporting, data analysis, and preparation of operational summaries

- Review operational data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedures

- Coordinate information flow between warehouse teams and administrative staff

- Maintain organised digital files, documentation, and process records

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures

- Prepare clear operational reports and summaries for internal stakeholders

- Follow established data management, reporting, and quality-control procedures

**Requirements**

- Strong organisational, administrative, and time-management skills

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with operational data

- Proven ability to manage inventory, shipment, and operational information independently

- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

- Strong written and verbal communication and coordination abilities

- Ability to work independently and productively in a fully remote environment

- Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory processes, or logistics (preferred)

**Qualifications**
