Occasional onsite requirements.Cross trained to process medication refillsHoliday rotation requiredJob Description:Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient's care needs. Provides patient care support for centralized nursing program, outpatient and home care services. This includes Triage services, Anti-coagulation, and refill. Individuals in this role will work in an outpatient clinic setting. Principle ResponsibilitiesAssessment.Diagnosis.Outcomes Identification.Planning.Implementation.Evaluation.Quality of Practice.Education.Professional Practice Evaluation.Collegiality.Collaboration.Ethics.Research.Resource Utilization.Leadership.Environmental Health.Charge Nurse (only when acting in this role).Preceptor (only when acting in this role).Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Associate's or Vocational degree in nursingMinimum 3 years RN experienceProficiency in set up and usage of computer technology including the following software programs: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and SharePointPreferred Qualifications:Experience in triage, anticoagulation, or remote nursing supportLicenses/Certifications:Licensed Registered Nurse-MN Board of Nursing requiredLicensed Registered Nurse-WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required by completion of orientationPhysical Demands:Sedentary:Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequentlyPay Range:$40.08 to $54.93 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
