Physical TherapistA full-time Physical Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services across acute care, inpatient, and skilled nursing settings in Wisconsin Dells. This position offers a varied caseload in a collaborative environment focused on delivering quality outcomes and patient-centered care.In this role, the Physical Therapist will perform daily evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments to patients across hospital and skilled nursing settings. Working closely with a collaborative team—including occupational and speech therapists, nursing staff, and case managers—the PT ensures continuity and quality of care throughout each patient's stay. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, reassessing needs, and adjusting care plans.
