DFT Design Engineer, ML Acceleration

Salary: $136,000 - 184,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Communications Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on DFT experience with complex SoC designs in advanced technology nodes
• Practical knowledge of standard DFT methods and tools, including ATPG, JTAG, MBIST, and the balance between test quality and test time
• Experience developing automation scripts
• Masters degree in Electrical, Communications Engineering, or a closely related discipline
• Experience creating STA constraints for DFT modes and collaborating directly with physical design teams to close timing
• Experience with RTL coding and design verification (DV) workflows
• Experience setting up and debugging gate-level simulations with SDF
• Strong programming and scripting ability in Perl, Python, or Tcl
• Practical experience with silicon debug and yield improvement

• Define and develop advanced Design for Test (DFT) architectures for leading-edge technology nodes
• Partner closely with block design and physical design teams to deliver efficient DFT implementations
• Write RTL code and perform verification using Verilog and SystemVerilog
• Use industry-standard DFT tools to generate high-coverage, cost-effective test patterns for advanced silicon defects
• Contribute to silicon debug efforts alongside ATE and systems teams
• Communicate and collaborate across multiple disciplines within the team
