Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs to craft personalized therapy strategies that empower them to meet their functional objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based strategies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily life activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work cohesively with a diverse group of OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide integrated and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Educate patients and their families regarding therapy methods to ensure sustained progress outside the clinical setting.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment protocols as necessary, ensuring aligned progress towards goals.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional certifications is encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
