Position Overview Department: 36102 Atrium Health Lincoln - Emergency Department Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details: Part‑Time Weekend Nights (7p – 7a) Pay Range: $38.20 – $57.30, RN – Emergency Department Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing At least 6 months of RN experience (not for new graduates) Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire 1 year of Critical Care (ED, ICU) experience preferred Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassionate communication, and evidence‑based skills to lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum About This Location Atrium Health Lincoln is a 101‑bed hospital that opened in 2010. The Emergency Department is a 25‑bed unit that provides 24‑hour emergency medical services to Lincoln County and surrounding communities.
