Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment supporting students in Parker, AZ. The role is based out of Lake Havasu City, with a carpool arrangement available for the 37-mile commute to the school location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric students in a school setting
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Arizona OT License
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation:

Base Salary - USD $130,000 to $140,000
