Position Summary As the Director of Clinical Training & Workforce Development, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the skills and knowledge of our clinical team. This leadership position is responsible for designing and implementing training programs, fostering workforce development, and ensuring our team is equipped to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs for clinical staff, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals. Provide leadership in workforce development initiatives, focusing on recruitment, retention, and professional growth. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify training needs and opportunities for staff development. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to clinical training and workforce standards. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making improvements as needed. Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical training, workforce development, or a related field. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. In-depth knowledge of behavioral health services and community-based care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving. A passion for empowering others and driving positive change in the behavioral health field.
