Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Complete general repairs and maintenance
Perform apartment make-ready work
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
Repair doors, cabinets, hardware, fixtures, and other property items
Use hand and power tools throughout the day
Complete work orders as assigned

Requirements:

Apartment, property, building, or make-ready maintenance experience preferred nut not mandatory
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or repair knowledge
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong troubleshooting skills
Dependable attendance

Hours:

Full-Time Day Shift

Pay:

$17-$19+ / DOE
