Kitchen Help
As Kitchen Help, at Fireside Catering, you will follow the directive of the Charge Chef and assist in preparing and serving delicious menu items for a wide variety of events. This includes assembly of hors 'd oeuvres, building of salads, entre plating and more. Don't miss this opportunity to learn all about kitchen operations for a busy catering company with a great team. The ideal candidate will have an appreciation for cooking, desire to learn, and excellent attention to detail.

Training and opportunities for growth
Kitchen help coordinate with other staff members to ensure that all elements of the event, including setup, serving, and cleanup, are executed flawlessly
Learn and apply food safety and sanitation guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage and labeling of all food items
Ensure that all food waste is minimized and disposed of properly
Availability to work evenings, weekends as needed
Reliable transportation to get to events
Must be able to lift 30 lbs
Desire to cultivate your culinary skills; learn proper knife skills, cooking, etc.
