Job Description Job Description Position Summary Novus Auto Glass Repair & Replacement is seeking a dependable, organized Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee the daily administrative and financial operations of our Chehalis office. Working directly with the business owner, this position is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll, office administration, employee records, insurance invoicing, and supporting a small team of approximately four employees. Experience in the auto glass or automotive industry is preferred but not required. We provide training for our industry-specific software and procedures. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Office Management * Maintain company bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop * Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP * Track employee hours, PTO, and sick leave * Submit electronic insurance invoices * Complete daily
