F.I.T. PT provides home-based Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy throughout Palm Beach and Broward County for patients of all ages.

Deliver comprehensive Physical Therapy:
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans

- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to optimize outcomes
Requirements:
- Current Florida Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions
- Compassion, clinical expertise, and the ability to motivate patients toward their goals
