Paralegal

The Real Estate Paralegal will besupporting attorneys in the areas of corporate law, litigation, and/or real estate. This role involves managing case files, editing and preparing legal documents, conducting research, and ensuring deadlines are met across multiple practice areas. Draft, proofread, and file legal documents Organize and manage case files and related documentation across multiple practice areas Conduct legal and factual research using legal databases and public records Assist with preparing cases for hearings, mediations, closings, and trial Coordinate and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors Support corporate transactions, including entity formation, annual filings, and corporate governance documentation Assist with real estate transactions including due diligence, title searches, and document preparation Monitor deadlines, court dates, and filing schedule Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in corporate law, litigation, and/or real estate Strong knowledge of legal terminology, legal procedures, and court systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal case management software, document management software, and e-filing systems Highly organized with excellent time management and communication skills Ability to professionally and discreetly manage confidential information Detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively #J-18808-Ljbffr
