Job Level: Experienced Job Location: Alamo Estates Apartments - San Antonio, TX 78218 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $55.00 - $65.00 Job Shift: Day About the Role: As a Community Manager, you’ll take the lead in maintaining our reputation for excellent on‑site staff visibility and accessibility, ensuring residents love where they live. You’ll approach all aspects of property operations with strong business acumen, a customer‑focused mindset, and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Achieve budgeted occupancy levels at targeted rental rates. Collaborate with on‑site teams to ensure a seamless experience for new residents. Prepare and conduct property inspections for corporate or investor tours. Drive resident satisfaction through renewal strategies and retention programs. Act as an Emerge Living ambassador, professionally addressing and resolving resident concerns. Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members. Uphold adherence to company policies and foster a collaborative workplace culture. Develop and manage the property’s operational budget. Leverage property management systems to track and optimize financial performance. Oversee customer collections and manage legal proceedings when necessary. Execute marketing initiatives in line with branding and company standards. Ensure accurate and compelling representation of the property on websites and social media platforms. A keen ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and clarity in communication. Proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing in English. Familiarity with office equipment (phone systems, fax machines, printers, copiers, and key‑tracking systems). Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities. Conflict resolution skills to manage challenging situations with tact and empathy. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays as needed. A valid driver’s license. Qualifications Familiarity with RealPage or equivalent systems. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all levels of management. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
