Job Description
The Early Childhood Education Center Director oversees the daily operations of a single education center, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment aligned with Massachusetts EEC rules and regulations. Leading a large team, this role emphasizes staff management, curriculum adherence, and active communication with families to support children's development and program excellence.

Responsibilities
Oversee program implementation and adherence to MA EEC regulations
Manage and lead a large education staff team
Plan and maintain curriculum following existing guidelines
Monitor compliance with licensing and health standards
Engage regularly with parents and families to support child development
Facilitate staff training and professional development opportunities
Ensure child safety and supervise daily activities
Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records
Foster leadership and cultivate a positive organizational culture
Qualifications
MA EEC Director I or II certified
Bachelor's Degree
2+ Years experience in early childhood education administration
Demonstrated supervisory/leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in early childhood education administration
Master's Degree
