Receptionist/Intake Coordinator

As a Receptionist/Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing exceptional customer service, conducting Intake calls, and managing administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities
- Route all incoming calls and welcome incoming caregivers/candidates
- Conduct/Manage Intake calls to book Home Assessment Visits
- Provide exemplary customer service and assist with caregiver orientation and other office tasks as needed
- Rotate with staff for on-call duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience: One year experience in a similar capacity role preferred
- Education: High school diploma
- Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
- Characteristics: Self-motivated and willing to learn
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
- Office located in Duncanville, TX
