We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical assistance for employees in Chicago, Illinois. This Long-term Contract position supports a mixed Windows and Apple environment and plays a key role in delivering responsive service across end-user devices, productivity tools, and access platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong troubleshooting ability with a customer-focused approach to onboarding, training, and day-to-day support.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver end-user support across Level 1 through Level 3 issues, resolving technical problems efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune to manage devices, enforce policies, and assist with endpoint configuration.
• Provide troubleshooting and user assistance for Microsoft 365 applications, including collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
• Support identity and access needs by handling Okta-related administration, account issues, and authentication troubleshooting.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Apple devices through Jamf while also supporting desktop and laptop systems in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
• Assist with employee onboarding by preparing equipment, configuring accounts, and guiding users through technology setup and adoption.
• Offer mobile device support for business users, including troubleshooting and configuration assistance for Android devices.
• Manage service desk tickets, document resolutions clearly, and contribute to on-call coverage as part of the support rotation.• Experience providing technical support in environments that include Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 service responsibilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint support.
• Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Teams in a business setting.
• Familiarity with Okta administration, access management, and issue resolution.
• Experience using Jamf to support and manage Apple devices.
• Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft operating systems, and troubleshooting in both Windows and macOS environments.
• Ability to support user onboarding, basic training, and mobile devices, including Android platforms.
• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and experience handling service desk tickets effectively.
