Our client is seeking a Financial Advisor Recruiter to support the attraction and engagement of financial advisor and sales talent. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting outreach, building talent pipelines, and maintaining candidate relationships throughout the recruiting process.

The ideal candidate is a high-energy recruiter who enjoys sourcing, cold calling, networking, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct high-volume recruiting activity including phone calls, candidate outreach, and screening conversations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for advisor and sales-focused opportunities.
• Utilize an existing database of approximately 6,000 contacts while developing new talent pools.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and candidate progress.
• Partner with leadership to execute recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
• Leverage recruiting technology and social media platforms to attract top talent.
• Build long-term relationships with active and passive candidates.

Location: Remote (Michigan candidates preferred)

Compensation: $70,000-$90,000/year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education. Benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Paid Time Off: 15 days per year. Life and Disability Plans (optional). 401(k) with up to 4% match.
