Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist Rockville, MDPay From: $20/hr.MUST:Experience Medical ReceptionistMust have 3+ years of experience as a Medical ReceptionistMust have experience working with EMRMust have experience scheduling appointmentsMust have experience handling insurance verificationsMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsMust have experience working with adult and pediatric populationsDUTIES:Registers new patients with complete and accurate demographics according to procedureVerifies patient's insurance eligibility and benefits at each visitUpdates patients' charts so that the information is entered correctlyScans documents into the electronic medical record as directedCompletes work daily to compile missing demographic and insurance information for billing purposesObtain prior authorizations for careAnswer phones taking patient demographic informationOther duties as assignedQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
