Responsibilities include but are not limited to
1. Provide excellent customer service. Speak respectfully to all staff, patients, and others in-person and on the phone.
2. Serve as first-line for all incoming calls.
3. Be responsible for clinic scheduling using electronic medical records.
4. Check voicemails throughout the day and retrieve, sort, and distribute all faxes several times per day.
5. Call patients to confirm appointments according to schedule (no later than day before)
6. Preauthorize tests and treatments from health insurance agencies.
