Job Title: Business Relationship Manager / Project Coordinator

Location: Harrisburg, PA
Duration: 4 Months
Work Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Business Relationship Manager (BRM) / Project Coordinator to support business and IT initiatives by providing project coordination, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and delivery oversight. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring successful execution of project objectives through effective communication, Agile practices, and SDLC methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
• Coordinate project activities, track deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and project status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Assist with business process documentation and requirements clarification.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user story development.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage work items, project tracking, and backlog activities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, coordination, validation, and issue tracking.
• Ensure traceability of business requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement of project management and business analysis processes.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Relationship Manager (BRM), Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• 5 years of experience gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• 5 years of experience supporting Agile teams and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3 years of hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools.
• 3–5 years of experience coordinating testing activities and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 3 years of experience managing project deliverables, milestones, risks, and issues.
• 5 years of experience facilitating communication and collaboration between business and IT stakeholders.
• 3–5 years of experience documenting business processes and supporting requirements clarification.
• 3–5 years of experience supporting backlog refinement, user story creation, and sprint coordination.
