Cancellation Policy: 1 shift per 4 weeks. If candidate is placed on-call in lieu of being called off, that will count as a called-off shift. If Client cancels a Travel Candidate's assignment within the first two (2) weeks of the assignment due to the Candidate's inability to perform essential functions of the job, as determined in Client's sole discretion, Client will not be billed for the time worked by the Candidate during the first two weeks of the Candidate's assignment, up to a maximum of two (2) weeks of service at the regular hourly billing rate, and neither Client nor Aya will be responsible for the payment of such time worked.
