The Strategy team works closely with senior leadership and is trusted to solve complex problems that will have an impact on the strategic direction of the business. This individual will lead various project types including market assessments, portfolio analysis, and competitive intelligence.What you will be doing:Here you’ll have the opportunity to work on the following interesting projects:Lead development of vision and strategies; ensure alignment with group and functional strategiesLead industry, customer, competitor, partner and/or supplier research to provide appropriate analysis and insightUse the art and science of strategy to solve complex business problemsLead communication and engagement on vision and strategyEnsure an effective process for identification of opportunities and threats and strategic responseSupport development of formal recommendations to senior levels of company leadershipWho we’re looking for:Basic Requirements:Associate’s degree with 7 years of experience, ORBachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, ORMaster’s degree with 3 years of experience, ORJD/PhD, OR9+ years of experience in lieu of degreeIn order to be considered for this role, you must be a US CitizenPreferred:Understanding of the autonomous aircraft marketAerospace and Defense industry experiencePrevious corporate strategy experienceOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
