Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and DEA certification in Ohio
• Board-certified or eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience with pediatric and adult patients
• Ability to supervise CRNAs in a team-based care setting
• Proficiency in managing 50-60 surgical cases daily
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Capable of operating across diverse age groups, from neonatal to adult

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center
• Familiarity with hospital-based OR environments
• Experience supervising anesthesia staff

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of Residency and Fellowship in Anesthesiology
• At least 2 years of clinical anesthesiology experience, preferably in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Internal credentialing confirmation at time of acceptance
• Must complete fingerprinting and credentialing promptly
• Willingness to confirm SOC or current address, SSN, DOB, and relevant certifications
• Must adhere to travel policies if applicable and submit documentation for licensing and travel reimbursements
