Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a critical role in delivering therapeutic services that enhance client well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and families to identify issues and treatment needs.

• Engaging in both individual and couple sessions to explore interpersonal dynamics and resolve conflicts.
\n
• Specializing in a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended families, separation/divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.
\n
• Monitoring and evaluating client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients with complex needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. By focusing on holistic and family-centered approaches, you will address a variety of mental health challenges, such as relationship conflicts, job stress, and adjustments to life changes. Your expertise in navigating these complex dynamics will help clients achieve more meaningful relationships and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

While recently licensed candidates are encouraged to apply, we also welcome experienced therapists who can bring additional insights and expertise to our practice. Flexible availability for a workload of 30 hours or more per week is desired, as is a willingness to utilize both telemedicine and in-person service modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, along with the opportunity for unlimited earnings based on your caseload. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
