Position Overview Klarity Health Consultation and Counseling Center, located in scenic Niagara Falls, New York, is actively seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing our patients' mobility and overall well-being. About the Organization Klarity Health is a state-of-the-art consultation and counseling center specializing in outpatient physical therapy. Our facility spans over 5,000 square feet and is designed to provide a supportive environment for patient rehabilitation. We focus primarily on patients with private medical insurance, enabling us to offer tailored treatment plans that prioritize individual health needs. Our experienced staff consists of two Physical Therapists and a Physical Therapist Assistant who are committed to excellence in patient care. Work Environment This position is based onsite at our Niagara Falls outpatient office, where you will enjoy a supportive and innovative work atmosphere. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology and rehabilitation equipment, enhancing the therapy experience. The work hours are structured Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist at Klarity Health, you will: Conduct detailed assessments of patients to understand their specific needs and treatment goals. Develop and implement individualized care plans that focus on rehabilitation and improving mobility. Administer one-on-one treatment sessions, managing a caseload of one patient per hour effectively. Provide cost-effective therapies aimed at enhancing physical function while minimizing reliance on medication and potential surgeries. Utilize evidence-based interventions and innovative methods to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Document all treatment plans and progress thoroughly, ensuring compliance with medical regulations and standards. Motivate patients throughout their recovery process, fostering a positive, encouraging atmosphere. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to share insights and best practices, promoting holistic care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will entail working primarily with patients in an outpatient setting, focusing on orthopedic conditions and rehabilitation needs. The patient demographic may include individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, or chronic pain conditions. You will play a pivotal role in assessing their capabilities and guiding them through personalized rehabilitation pathways aimed at restoring functionality and enhancing their quality of life. Qualifications To qualify for this position, applicants must possess: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Valid certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York. A clean professional record with no previous board actions or disciplinary measures. Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices. Experience in developing exercise regimes tailored to individual patient needs. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, preferably WebPT or similar platforms. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience within an orthopedic outpatient environment. A proven track record of successfully managing diverse patient cases with varied rehabilitation requirements. Compensation and Benefits The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on their experience and qualifications.
