Are you a Production Supervisor or Lead Maintenance Technician from a manufacturing background looking to join a growing business where you'll have the autonomy to lead your own department, develop your team, and progress into senior leadership positions?

In this high-impact, technical leadership role, you will oversee a team of approximately 15-20 production employees, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. You will prioritize workflow, motivate and develop your team, coordinate production activities, support continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with management to maximize operational efficiency.

The Role:

• 3rd Shift (Monday-Friday, 10:30pm-07:00am).
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 15-20 manufacturing employees.
• Drive production performance while maintaining quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

The Candidate:

• Previous supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read mechanical blueprints with a good mechanical aptitude.
• Experience working within an ISO, AS9100, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
