Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and currently seeking a HR Generalist to join our team! The HR Generalist will support daily HR functions with a focus on time and attendance, payroll support, and onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain new hire documentation and onboarding packets
• Coordinate pre-employment screenings and background checks
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of all required forms
• Enter new hire information into HRIS and payroll systems
• Support recruitment activities as needed (posting jobs, screening applicants, printing resumes, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
• SHRM certification preferred
• Working knowledge of ADP required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in recruiting required
• Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws

Shift:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
