Cook / Manager Needed for School Food Service

Overview Cook/Manager needed for School food service program in the Hillsdale, NJ area. K - 12 experience a plus. Monday through Friday. Full time position, day shift 6 hours daily. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off. Qualifications Must be organized. Able to multitask and lead in a positive manner. Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools. Responsibilities Food preparation Cooking POS systems Following recipes according to the NSLP guidelines Stocking Ordering Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen Following all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations Ensure personal protective equipment is used at all times Inventories Oversee kitchen area and staff #J-18808-Ljbffr Maschio's Food Services, Inc.
